PAFE’s Sept. 2011 Palaver Hut on Women’s Entrepreneurship & International Partnership

Every month Phelps StokesPrograms for Africa and Freedom Endowment hosts a Palaver Hut, a symposium that creates an environment of productive dialogue on an important issue.
